Founder/Chief Executive Officer
Founded in 2018, Nii has led NH Matiasco LLC to becoming one of the leaders in development in the Capital district of New York and its surrounding neighborhoods. Nii is currently enrolled at the one of the nations top medical institutions name Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai NYC, with SUNY ALBANY as his alma mater. Nii has proven to become the face of NH Matiasco LLC a positive asset and mentor to his community.

We are an up and coming real estate company. We purchase an average of 12 homes annually. We rehab these homes to have a modern appeal and resale them back to the general public. Typical rehab cost ranges from 5k to 50k. Our average renovation cost is 30k.
NH Matiasco LLC Goal
Our goal is to renovate and sell quality product to the market place We are a for profit business and increase ownership opportunities. We improve the neighborhoods where we invest. We help affected businesses we work with in the process succeed.
We Started with small sets of apartment buildings, we have grown to residential and commercial high rises community estate. We provide everything from leasing, purchase/sale and property management to legal support.
